The difference a shoe makes..
Over the weekend I was out with my brother and girlfriend. We are walking around and come across this store that tailors to runners. So, I inquire about getting my feet measured. Measured is the only word i can describe. I found out that I have little to no arch in my foot. This is called severe overpronation. So, I bought a shoe that has extra cushioning and arch support.
OH MY! I am talking about a world of difference. I jumped on the treadmill to warm up this morning and I felt like Sonic The Hedgehog. I normally only "run" for 10 minutes, well my warm-up lasted 25 minutes! My HIIT session was fantastic, I actually enjoyed it.
So, basically get your feet looked at and get the right shoes. They will either make or break your foot, knee caps or whatever.

WHat is the name of the store you went to because I live in the Washington DC area (Fort Washington and Accokeek) and I am constantly going through athletic shoes when I work out andneed to go to a place get measured correctly so that I will not injure one of my most important body parts, my feet.

How long is your HIIT training? You mention 10 minutes, is that a warm up or the training, and can you recommend a good cardio that has worked for your body fat loss?
