Fat Flush
I know what you’re thinking. Antonio, what in the hell is a "fat flush"? In the ‘Total Six Pack Abs’ written by Mark McManus. The fat flush is for the that:
1. Get super-ripped in a short period of time. For example you have a photo shoot coming up in a week.
2. You need to overcome a weight-loss stall.
I am doing the fat flush for a different. That reason is because this week (12/8-12/12) will be my week off from training. I have trained very hard for the last 3 months and I need a break. I will be sticking to proper nutrition but I feel I don’t need to be consuming a load of calories if I will not be working out.
With the Fat Flush, I will only be consuming 1200 calories per day. That’s right, I said 1200. Stored body fat will be where most of my energy requirements will come from. I will aim to have at least 80% of my calories come from fat. Lets break it down:
30 grams of protein = 120 calories
30 grams of carbs = 120 calories
107 grams of fat = 963 calories
That is it. As with anything, I will keep you all updated.

Antonio,
I like this idea and I can imagine the benefit but I do have one question. How do you ensure you don’t lose some of the muscle you’ve developed by Fat Flushing? Are you still consuming protein drinks and eating mainly protein to ensure this doesn’t happen?

Dude, I don’t know how I missed the calorie breakdown before. Please ignore my question.

The fat flush went well, a little too well. On my carb loading day, my stomach was very upset. That massive influx of carbs shocked my body. I really leaned out but at a price of sever discomfort.
It worked though and the body fat is still dropping. So, I really can’t complain.
