2009: A New Year
Wednesday, December 31st, 2008While half of the planet has already ushered in the new year, the rest of the plant is deciding on what they’re going to change. Since this is Bodyspace, I am going to focus on the body.
Already at my gym, the amount of people there has increased. I can only imagine the situation will be worse tomorrow. Since, I have been doing this weight loss thing for a year, I think I have a few suggestions.
1. Have a plan - Time is the most important thing in the universe. So, it’s very important that you maximize your time at the gym. "Those who don’t plan, plan to fail" comes to mind in this situation. The night before you should already have in place, what is going to be done the next day. When you enter that gym door, make sure you’re ready with a plan.
2. Nutrition - This is where I see some of the most comical information around. While I may not have a degree in nutrition, I do have common sense. If you’re going to workout, you have to eat. It’s that simple.
