Training block #1 - Complete

Before I go into what has been accomplished over the last 3 months, I would first like to go back into past. After Thanksgiving of 2007, I became disgusted with the way I was looking and feeling. For a while I knew something had to change but I would always make up an excuse. It was and still is, so much easier to eat unhealthy and lay around and not workout.
November 2007

In the past I was able to lose weight by working out and eating okay. Now, I have learned that I was severly under eating. I was able to lose 80 pounds. However, now I believe I look better. This time around I have been eating better and I look better. While I am no way near losing 80 pounds, I have a much more defined look and I feel better.

Training Block #2 (2/18 - 5/18)
My main goal in training block #2 is nutrition. I am going to focus on cleaning up my diet.
