1 Year Progress

I started Bodybuilding March 17, 2008 as a 16 year old Sophmore in highschool.  At the time, I was  6ft, 160lbs and had experimented with lifting in the past.  My initial goals were to eventualy get to be 200lbs (which at the time i thought would be huge) and was not sure how long it would take, I was just desperate to get there.  My brother (who had started lifting a few months before me and saw good results from) introduced me to supplements that I had never heard of before such as creatine, nitric oxide, zma, ect. and showed me how to use them. After 3 months of lifting and eating properly I saw good improvement.  My bodyweight went up to 175lbs and I had muscles that I never saw or felt before.  That is when I realy started getting into the Bodybuilding lifestyle.  I did alot of research of my own about supplements, nutrition, training splits, ect. Now that I am happy to say that I have surpassed my original goal.  My new goal is to bulk up for the next couple of years till I hit 240lbs (hopefully :) ) and then cut to 10-12% bodyfat and maintain that physique. This is my progress from 3 months in to 1 year and 3 months of consistent lifting, eating, sleeping:

Sweet dude. With your growth hormones in high gear from a growth spurt you will do great. Great job, and keep working hard. I remember those days of feeling like superman. Keep it up man, you have made good progress.
