Insane numbers, brother. And you've got the physique to show for it. Two reps is a WHOLE lot different than one rep in my experience. I can't wait to see your SRM one day. Best of luck hoisting up the heavy stuff! al

Thanks. I really listen to my body also. As much as I really want to get an incredible workout in, I'm not willing to cause harm to myself in the process. It's hard sometimes to stop during a lift when I know that I should. Good for you and good for me.

I actually have had active release done on the right arm, which helped quite a bit. The problem is that I have to drive kind of far to see someone who can do it and right now I don't have time to get to Radford and back regularly enough for it to be effective. In order for it to be worthwhile, ART needs to be done fairly aggressively at first (3-4 times a week) and there's no way I can get that done. Unfortunately, there are no therapists that I know of in closer proximity who can do ART or any type of deep tissue work to break up the scar tissue.

The power of positive thinking, awesome!
Good that you know to listen to you body and know to rest and ice. Have you ever gone to a good Massage Therapist and had those extensors stripped out...sounds like you could use some good deep tissue work.
Good post. All the best.
