The Perfect Murder????

I’m talking about the disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Yesterday Peter R. de Vries aired the confession of Joran van der Sloot. It’s been crazy over here in Holland. The streets were deserted cause everyone was glued on their seats in front of the tv. Me included.

I know that saying this won’t make me popular, but I kinda hope he gets away with it. Don’t get me wrong I feel terrible what had happened to her and to her family. And he deserves to be locked up for eternity, but a 17 year old boy/man that can outsmart the police (dutch and Aruban), the D.A. AND the FBI??? I got goosebumbs hearing him talk. He’s a cold-blooded killer. He showed no remorse. He was even… proud of how "lucky" he was that he didn’t get caught and he’s waiting to get a reimbursement for all the "suffering" he had to endure for a crime he didn’t commit. What a jerk… I take my words back. He deserves to be locked up for good.

Anyway… a short report on the Gaspari products I’ve been using for a week now. As far as the taste goes…. it’s aweful. (compared to BSN) But I’ve had worse things in my mouth. hehehe It does give me the extra energy and pump during my workouts and I don’t have that burned out feeling like I used to have using BSN after workouts. But it’s only been a week, soooo…

Let’s see what the fuss is all about

I’m one of the devoted readers of MsFitness’ blog. She’s a great writer. Her blogs are smart,  witty, entertainingly and above all with a lot of useful information.

I started using creatine and NO supps, to see if they would work for me. I bought BSN, cause I had to start somewhere. Heard good… and bad things about this brand. But decided to try it out anyway. I’ll attest… IT WORKS!! At first I had some “bloating problems” but they went away after a few weeks using it. I’m starting to see more muscle definition in my arms and legs. And all in only 4-5 weeks of using it.  I can lift heavier and I have more energy during my workouts. The only thing is that after I had my last meal and showered I go straight to bed, cause I’m soooo tired. Between the tiredness and the soreness I couldn’t concentrate at work (hubby suffered the consequences too ;) ) so I had to upgrade my carb intake. And I feel much better, even though I gained some UNWANTED weight. And I KNOW it’s not all muscle…

I’m through my BSN stock and decided to try the Gaspari mass- stack. It’s relatively cheaper than BSN. So I’ll start using it later today. I’ve already took cytolean this morning. No (serious) jitters, but I won’t be plucking my eyebrows on the cytolean anymore. Couldn’t hold my hand steady enough to get those little ones…

Oh but I’m keeping the BSN Syntha 6. It’s way too delicious to replace.
