I AM FATTTT!!
First thing my trainer said was that I have to lose a lot of bodyfat. While grabbing my triceps and saddle bags! I also have a lot of fat on the inner side of my knees and inner thighs. I do have cellulite on my butt and hamstrings. When I flex my tricep you’ll see cellulite on there too. And I have a fatroll on my lower back. I’m not discouraged though. I know I need to work very hard to achieve this. I look damn good already, imagine how it will be after I reached my goal. LOL
I have a trainer now. Well she’s more of a guide. I have to travel an hour, hour and a half to get to her shop, but it’s worth it. She takes my measurements, helps me with my diet and supplementation. Sends me home with ”homework”. which is basicly workouts to target my problem areas.
She is sooo awesome and HUGE, and the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She has been in bodybuilding for over 15 years and before that she was in other sports too. Trained a lot of girls to the top 3 and she has her own supplement shop. AND she judges BB competitions in the Netherlands too. We talked for hours. She took my bf%. 28.4 %…. I’m the same since september though. We’ll not entirely true. The thing is I’m now 30 so I have to look for my % in the column 30-39 instead of 17-29. ![]()
The strange thing is that I’ve gained weight since than. OVER 8 LBS!!! I’m a bit puzzled about that. I made a lot of progress in my upper body. My legs stayed quite the same, maybe a little more toned than before. But I didn’t gain any significant amount in inches or lose any. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Oh well…
My trainer gave me a new meal plan. Lots and lots of fish and egg- whites. The curious thing is that I’ve started to smell funny. FUNKY! I have a canine sense of smell so I smell things a mile in the air. When it’s just a few inches away and on me all day, the whole day, it drives me crazy!! I don’t use any perfume because of the poignant smell. But now I use half a bottle after showering. hehehe
She also gave me “homework” to target my problem areas. Yes Tricep extentions, walking lunges and single leg press twice a week on top of my regular workout-schedule. I have to lose around 18% bf to be competition- ready next fall. Breath… breath… one % at the time… keep breathing!!
