Kicking it up a notch… nutrition
This was what I ate yesterday every 3 hours starting at 600 am:
meal 1 1 scoop BSN lean dessert, 20 gr. Brinta*, 1 tbs. Flaxseed
meal 2 40 gr. Brinta*, 250 ml. drink yoghurt (low fat, low carb)
meal 3 2 slices whole grain bread, 100 gr. deli turkeybreast
meal 4 2 slices whole grain bread, 100 gr. deli turkeybreast
Pre-workout 5.30 pm
meal 5 100 gr. boiled chicken, 100 gr. green beans, 100 gr. lettuce, 1 cup cucumber
2 scoop BSN No Xplode
post- workout 8.30 pm
1 scoop BSN cellmass
meal 6 1 scoop BSN syntha6
total calories: 1370, protein: 141, carbs: 152, fat 26.6
Maybe I’m eating too much bread, but I can’t find whole wheat tortillas or whole wheat pita bread over here. And the regular onces have way too much carbs in them. So I’ll have to do with bread.
*Brinta : breakfast ground wheat (bodybuilders eat this in the Netherlands)
