11.15.08 Truth be told…….
Well today is the 15th and I have lost like a total of 3 pounds….WTF. I mean I understand that working out is the 3rd side to the results pyramid but geez…..u think that if I am nearly 90% on the diet and supplementation I should be good and at least seeing something more positive than 3 pounds……So I guess next week I will have to overextend myself even more so that I can workout more often. If I go to work i the morning and break during the day for class and to workout then maybe it will work. I have no idea!!!!!! I dont have time to breath but now I have to do more that what I do….maybe I should just quit on the workout and fitness stuff as a whole until I get some free time. As it stands right now things are not working. Working 8 hours a day…being in the lab 5-6 hours a day and still managing the other aspects of my life is proving to not be possible. I work too freaking much! lol!
Well anyway, moving forward……I am going to just try and breath .
Well today is the day for me to chill so I am going to get off now and veg…..

before you quit just change a little get up 30 min early do something to get your heart rate up and do push ups and sits and lunges without rest,this is a make shift circuit health is important you can do it….You have 30 min
