Daily Calorie Info. In 2770 Fat 60.56 Protein 288.47 Carbs 308.12 Out 2418 Surplus 352. Terrible food day. Spent afternoon and evening running errends etc and ate my prepacked meal plus a shake and two bananas, absolutlely blew my carns out of the water but was better then eating out.
Only week 2 but finding issues with my workouts, well fatigue and form issues I think. I feel that my back exercises hit alot of bicep beyond what they should. My bicep fatigue was just crazy, I feel I should have been able to push more weight. Ab exercises were just terrible IMO, I made tem burn but really feel like they were short of what I call a good workout.
Nutrition side I am still tweaking on intake levels and times, macro wise. I find myself cramming something in late afternoon to meet my needs. I don't want to be short when trying to gain.
Today was also the last of my BSN Hyperfx, well atleast the open container. I am going off pre's for a week and see how my workouts are. I think part of the issue is this pre as stated prior days, I just don't 'feel' it. Better to do it and get a new pre ordered up before I start facing serious weights next week. Early morning workouts I need everything I can get from my pre.
