The tired workout meh..

Today I worked chest mainly I couldnt really train fully with the condition Im in, low sleep and have an appointment tomorrow with Neal Cranwell - He’s going to give me some pointers and so forth so I can really get on the right track when concerning BodyBuilding. I want to have the best info possible for myself when training as the time I use now is VITAL for a future within the sport. Meh Chest exercises seemed abit slack too today I put effort in but Didnt feel complete. Though its probably due to the lack of sleep and so on.

We will see tomorrow if Im ripped (Hope so).. Biceps better also be ripped.

Saturdays abb class.

Erhgh last night I worked at the Taverna club got home and in bed at 4am! Woke up today at 9ish and got to the gym for 10:30am ready for the abb class with Lee G… It was real damn hard today I think today he wanted to focus on lower abs and side obleiks though we also smashed our core abb wall! Overall it was a decent workout and I can even feel now a hours latter the effects of the class.. heh I also used a HammerStrength Curl machine today with great results though I never done a full Bicep workout I can tell just from using the Machine its great and will defo use it in my coming workouts!!

Side note: DAMN!! 8 DAYS TILL I FLY TO CYPRUS! Everythings ready and planned for though I need to sort out about getting to the gyms in the area otherwise I’ll go mad - secound to that Im deffinately gettin into some gym whilst im there!! Erhh Cellmass ran out today haha…I also decided to use my NO.EXPLODE and NITRIX whilst out in Cyprus.. Should be awsome I wanna come back as a tanned GREEK speaking HULK of a teen! Damn I need to shoot now. Next entry will be in soon I think I might make a diary whilst in Cyprus though Im not sure.. latterz

Training those shoulders and Tri’s

Today I trained shoulders and Tri’s. I would had included biceps but I actually ripped them whilst doing my back workout yesterday - Though only slightly ripped I dont train muscle groups till’ they’re 100% better. Well anyways I done shoulder DB press, rear military press and upright rows finnishing with side lat raises so I feel like ive worked them quite well… I hope so anyhow! Then moved onto triceps which I am good at training! So its been a good workout overall….

What I really wanted to add was info about this guy thats using roids - God what a muppet! He’s so filled with Test he cant handle his moods and made himself look like a junked up prick for about an hour. Although he made himself look like a prick he also show’ed me how powerful the drug itself is which Is somthing that has crossed my mind a few many times. Temptation is there for me to use the drug but the will to go natural atleast until I reach my genetic max is far greater than the temptations of using it….

Hmmmmpff.. College isnt helping my training routine and is kinda pissing me about alot but Ive got to have my qualification If im to leave this shit hole england!

It wont be long until I fly out to Cyprus where I’ll spend 6 yes 6 weeks there alone - GOD I will find a gym no matter what! Even if it takes me driving 40 miles for one everyday!

Well I got to take a shake (TrueMass) shower and chill… Chickens defrosted hopefully so Ima have to bloody cook soon too hahaha No rest for the wicked!

My first entry. 2008 June 10th

Right this is my first entry made ever when concerning my bodybuilding lifestyle. Funny as it is this entry is being made in the bathroom on my mums Laptop!

I think keeping record of my daily routines is a good way for me to improve and keep motivated for Bodybuilding so stay tuned people Im going to keep my updates pouring in when I can.

Ok well I woke up earlyish today waited it out and had a bowl of Oats and after that a BSN TrueMass shake. I recently knocked the TrueMass’s accountability for giving me gains but It appears ive gained just over 6kg in about a week and a half which is quite good. Though Im not tottaly sure what the maximim possible gains could be naturally but im quite happy with a 6kg gain.. The gain brought me back to 12 stone though this time most of my weights Muscle. Im guessing I am about 9% fat if that at the moment but I cant know for sure. I can see my chest and shoulder muscle fibres bursting to the surface of my skin when I flex and when I train they look even better !

Yeah so yesterday I worked my chest and Bicep muscles, I found the chest routine really good, though I need someone to train with, someone to support me to get me to force out some of the last few reps. This is mainly due to the nature of my exercises - Consisting of DB press’s rangeing from the Incline press to the Decline DB press… All hard work but worth it… Well worth it.  So Today I find my chests a little ripped not as much as Its been before but it’al have to do until its repaird… As for bicep training yet again failure. I work the muscle very hard and never rip the bloody things (Biceps) I guess im going to have to keep working em till somthing kinks and rips em hard….

Today on the other hand im training my back and Triceps. I love working my back I took a picture of myself posing a Lat spread? The pose which show’s the wideness of the back and DAMN my backs got huge! Almost as wide as Charly on my friend list - Though His is bigger im sure, more then likely his is thicker too. BUT Im very pleased with the effectiveness of my workouts. Triceps are getting along too I find not much trouble ripping them. I quite enjoy a triceps workout - they’re intence haha.

Well Im’a have to shoot off now - I need to clean my mums car out and doing that means getting it into the drive and getting myself dressed!
