Right this is my first entry made ever when concerning my bodybuilding lifestyle. Funny as it is this entry is being made in the bathroom on my mums Laptop!
I think keeping record of my daily routines is a good way for me to improve and keep motivated for Bodybuilding so stay tuned people Im going to keep my updates pouring in when I can.
Ok well I woke up earlyish today waited it out and had a bowl of Oats and after that a BSN TrueMass shake. I recently knocked the TrueMass’s accountability for giving me gains but It appears ive gained just over 6kg in about a week and a half which is quite good. Though Im not tottaly sure what the maximim possible gains could be naturally but im quite happy with a 6kg gain.. The gain brought me back to 12 stone though this time most of my weights Muscle. Im guessing I am about 9% fat if that at the moment but I cant know for sure. I can see my chest and shoulder muscle fibres bursting to the surface of my skin when I flex and when I train they look even better !
Yeah so yesterday I worked my chest and Bicep muscles, I found the chest routine really good, though I need someone to train with, someone to support me to get me to force out some of the last few reps. This is mainly due to the nature of my exercises - Consisting of DB press’s rangeing from the Incline press to the Decline DB press… All hard work but worth it… Well worth it. So Today I find my chests a little ripped not as much as Its been before but it’al have to do until its repaird… As for bicep training yet again failure. I work the muscle very hard and never rip the bloody things (Biceps) I guess im going to have to keep working em till somthing kinks and rips em hard….
Today on the other hand im training my back and Triceps. I love working my back I took a picture of myself posing a Lat spread? The pose which show’s the wideness of the back and DAMN my backs got huge! Almost as wide as Charly on my friend list - Though His is bigger im sure, more then likely his is thicker too. BUT Im very pleased with the effectiveness of my workouts. Triceps are getting along too I find not much trouble ripping them. I quite enjoy a triceps workout - they’re intence haha.
Well Im’a have to shoot off now - I need to clean my mums car out and doing that means getting it into the drive and getting myself dressed!
