The tired workout meh..
Today I worked chest mainly I couldnt really train fully with the condition Im in, low sleep and have an appointment tomorrow with Neal Cranwell - He’s going to give me some pointers and so forth so I can really get on the right track when concerning BodyBuilding. I want to have the best info possible for myself when training as the time I use now is VITAL for a future within the sport. Meh Chest exercises seemed abit slack too today I put effort in but Didnt feel complete. Though its probably due to the lack of sleep and so on.
We will see tomorrow if Im ripped (Hope so).. Biceps better also be ripped.
