I took some cold relaxed measurements this morning to record for later progress updates and and disapointed by my loss in #’s but then I remembered how much weight I have actualy lost and how far I have come since 4 years ago. as a total I am down nearly 70lbs and am leaner than I have ever been. So, as I build my mass back up in a good and lean fashion I’ll get my #’s back up. Just time effort and patience.

My Back is finaly well enough to do squats again. I hurt it roughly 7 months ago, and I haven’t been able to do them. It is still not right but i have no pains so far and I am going to keep high reps as heavy as I can go.
It felt great to do them again. Should get some size back on my quads.

Since i have started, I have always been too heavy to do dips. My weight, in combination with weak triceps from a neck injury i had long ago( long story) Its just been a real hassle trying to do them. Well, yesterday i was workin arms, and decided lets give it a try. Last time i got 2 it a struggle. This time i got 4-5 with struggle. But regardless I was able to do some. SO FREAKIN HAPPY. I did like 7 sets of em.
Hopefully this will promote some new gains in my arms.

I almsot fainted when she told me I was at 9.3% 5 months prior i was 214lbs and 13.4%. ANd since then i have been trying to cut weight, but i wouldn’t get under 212. SO ths last week I decided to start trying to get high up in weight for a change. I was job shadowing the fittness lab owner for school, and was dunking clients, she told me to hop in. I didn’t want to this time becasue i had eaten like crap the last 2 nites.
First bad sign, i was 218lbs, so already I’m heavier than i wanted. When i got in and did the test she was shocked by my numbers ( which mademe upset at first, but then she explained) so i did it a few more times to double check. I fanyone has never done a dunk test, you go uner water on a scale and blow all the air that you can out and get a weight measurement. You do this 2-3 times to get an average. She told me 9.3 % and i dang near fell out of the tub.
Smiles all day that day. FInally got under 10% and have new motivation. Next step is 7%

Since I left for school, the diet has been flawless. Its easy to eat good, when you only eat what ou make and buy. And i don’t make or buy junk. lol. i’ve lost 2lbs in the last four days. Its the week before school starts so theres not much to do. I get up, eat breakfast( or go for a run before) run a few errands, work out, eat again, walk around, go for a run etc. All my time this week can be devoted to livin the bodybuilder life, no worries, just liftin. i certainly hope i can make some ground in this buisness cause this isthe life.

I am down at school now and can finally, get everything into place. My diet will be to the dot, and the gym is much better than than one at home. And my goodness, there are freakin m onsters at that place. Its got some artifical Test swimming around , but its a little more motivating than the Y where i am originaly from.
This is the year i’m gona make some serious gains

About 4 months ago, our gym had a mobile fittness lab come out and do bf% test and vo2 max ect. me and my boss both had ours pretty close, i was 14 he was 15.5 , so i made a bet with him tht the next time they came i’d have lost more bf% than he did. so its down to the last month, april 12 there commin. So for te next 29 days, I’m on super strict diet and training. I hope i don’t kill any onbe in the process cause i get unpleasent when i’m hungry lol. i’ll post the progress and hopefully have some pics.

I lost dang near 2 inches from my arms. But i did drop over 50lbs in weight. And a large % was fat.. plus i didn’t really lose too much strength, and i’m lovin the definition so its all worth it.. i’ll be back up up soon enough. all in all doin great

i’m trying to get shaped up for the 300 costume this halloween, but i never expected school to take up this much time, plus the diet is off alot, Not bad, but nothing great for my conditioning,. but i still have about 2 months left so, alot can happen in that time.
