WORK OUT
Tuesday, December 4th, 2007Todays work out was a big combo. I missed the gym on monday, i was very upset,but i had to see my cancer doctor. My lift today was 4 motions of chest, 5 motions of delts, 3 motions of triceps, 4 motions of back, 3 motions of biceps, 2 motions of traps. tomorrow ill do all legs and get back on my lifting schedule for thursday and bust out back and biceps, and finish up the week with chest , triceps , delts.
