Motivation in HIGH GEAR!
Ok, so I found my biggest block to really pushing myself at the gym. Ready to laugh at me? It's sweating. I truly dislike it. But, today.. I pushed myself so frigin' hard, I was nauseous as hell and now I am so proud, but wiped. lol
When it comes to looking good, I guess I have to put the girlishness aside, suck it up, and just do it.
Without that sweat, my goal won't happen. And that bikini HAS to look ROCKIN on me come August.
