No more creatine?
I’ve decided I fall into that small category of people whose bodies don’t respond to creatine. My second attempt with the miracle monohydrate has yielded little results. Nothing I can’t contribute to a regular dose of protein and a little hustle on the treadmill. Maybe my expectations were too high, but everyone I know who used creatine says it works wonders. It’s really disappointing for me as a small guy. Its also one less supplement I have to spend my money on.

Creatine is simply a supplement that claims to help with recovery but also it creates water retention within the muscles which does give the illusion to larger muscles- however, once you stop taking it, you will find yourself back to square one. If you are looking for a bulking effect up the protein and start eating natural peanut butter with everything!

I hate to burst your bubble, but like everything in life some good products and some bad.I use to be a vitamin rep. and some companies put out junk and others put out quality. Some test their own products for consistency and others market great.
Like above, yu are best taking a good protein powder and eating lean protein to make gains. You make your gains lifting heavier and resting and eating quality protein throughout the day and getting good sleep.
Creatine is good stuff, but not for everyone. You also must be careful to stay really hydrated with water.I would also take BCAA’s aminos while lifting and at night.
