Well was starting my 2nd leg of weight loss today, was going to at least have a weigh in. But apparently my scale no longer works, ugh. (can scales commit suicide?!) XL-550 you served me well *sniff*. So here are my measurements (assuming i did them all correctly) so i can at least have them later down the line.
weight:328
bodyfat: 40% ish
chest:52
arms:16
waist:48
hips:52
thighs:30
now to go shop for a new scale, maybe one that gives a body fat %

The road to victory. . .is paved with the bodies of the nonbelievers, the weak, and those that would dare try and defy me of my goals. Step onto this road, you will be dominated and crushed underneth the machine that is the will of my progression and my succession. "I am the Alpha and the Omega, The begining and the end, The first and the last."
So begins the journey… 100lbs that need to be destroyed, my army of supplies rallying to my call. Once the train starts there won’t be any stops.

I started out at 438ish pounds or more sometie around march or may last year. So far over 100lbs+ lost, some people say i should be happy with my results…i am. But i also strive to beat them, there is still over 100lbs of fat that need to be burned from my body until i am 100% satisfied. But knowing how i am..i still won’t be satisified, but thats just the first goal of many in this great body changing project.
Using Power 90, I’ve managed to lose the first 100lbs or so. I’ll keep using it until i get closer to my goal and when i feel able to ramp it up even more i’ll probably switch to P90x and kill myself. I’d like to lose the next 100lbs within the next 3-4 months, as unlikely as that will be, i still strive for it reguardless.
This is just the begining..
