Ok, so I have been trying to gain weight, and I have gone in the wrong directions. I lost weight. I work outside at Lowes home improvement center but other than that I do not do anything other lift and sleep. I eat 3 to 4 meals a day bringing in a lil under 4000 calories. Please help! Tips or what to eat will help. thanks

So today is my first day back in the gym for about a week and half. I was told not to lift because I had mono, but def ready to get back into lifting. I didnt drop any weight which is good, cuz I didnt eat much. But I know my lifts will be a lil lighter. Also on spring break, so relaxing should= huge gains. Not worrying about all the studying. Let’s do work son!!!
