Week one
June 8, 2009Good morning! well, this is the start of me really being serious about my diet and work out program..I have posted two new pics this morning that will show my problem area.. oooh yuk..lol I will be working on shrinking my thighs and glutes while building my calves and upper body. If you have any suggestions on exercises that will get me lean and not build too much muscle in my legs and glutes let me know.. that is where I really want to concentrate. thanks !
