Hon,

Thanks for bringing that up. I had read how that's SUPPOSED to work. Not so much that it hurt things, but simply that the day after your second carb up should be your most amazing workout. Maybe I missed the point.

Now that things are going a bit better, I'll have to look into how that a bit more. Up until the last couple of weeks, there's no way I would have been able to have semi-productive workouts without doing them during my carb ups (I work out in the evening so that does give me a full day to carb load before lifting). I would have given Monday the possiblity, but I'd start falling apart Tuesday -- and my workouts have been crappy enough as it is! LOL.

Anyway, thanks for bringing that up...that's something that really could be effecting my time in the gym now that I think about it. Will let you know what I discover. :)

I thought you weren't supposed to workout on your carb up days because it effects your glycogen super compensation thingy.

Monday's and Tuesday's are meant to be your best work out days.

I can't give my honest opinion about AD without following through.

1,500 cals is only 3-400 cals under my estimated maintenance. It's really not that that big an energy slice. Especially when AD leaves you feeling so frickin' full all the time! It was super hard to eat at maintenance for the first couple of weeks. The days of my hardest workouts are carb ups and I consume at or above maintenance those days. And I'm sure my lack of cardio does help. :p

I haven't seen any San Angelo fellars to be particularly interested in...must be one of those "not if I see you first," situations and they're all hiding from me. :( LOL

Well....you're still at it. Kinda thought you might have thrown in the towel by now. Proud of ya!

Amazed you can get by with only 1500 Cal - I guess no cardio probably makes a difference.

Looks like you're in fine form - NO SO? What the heck's the matter with the young men down there? You're not still holdin' out for Richard Simmons are ya? You've just got to set your sights a little lower - it's time to move on, girl. Give those San Angelo fellars a chance!

Take care. :)
