As you can see, some of my measurements are going back and forth a bit but not changing significantly…I’m a tad bit bloated today after my carb up (nothing major) and there is a possibility that with me doing my own measurements they’re a bit off from time to time. My waist does seem to be steadily going down, though. My legs are really my biggest disappointment. My skin just doesn’t look right over them.
Since things seem to be stabilizing, I plan to begin updating this blog once a week (on Saturdays when I normally do my measurements) instead of trying to get to it daily.
At the moment, my plans are to continue the Anabolic Diet through at least the end of July. So long as it looks like my workouts are continuing to look more normal, I’ll stick with it through August. Depending on how I feel about it’s potential at that time, I may stick with it for a few more months.

Geez, Anabolic Annie - sorry about the allergy thing. That’s what drove me from Tejas (and you probably thought they ran me out on a rail or somethin’.) They were absolutely disastrous in Houston, so I moved to San Antonio where they were downgraded to merely "awful." At least here they’re manageable - very few of those "pull the shades and go to bed in the middle of the day" type days.
Takes a while to see results w/ a new program, huh? Yeah - I think a couple of months at it should show you at least a little bit of something. Definitely not my cup-o-tea though. I’d blow thru my 30g of carbs in my oatmeal before sunup - that’d make for one cranky ol’ man the rest of the day…….well, cranky-ER anyway…
Oh - and don’t tell your folks you’ve gone "anabolic." Sounds enough like "anorexic" that you might get treated to one of those family-intervention things on A&E. :p Take care.

You STILL aren’t active.
My allergies cleared up immediately when visiting Albuquerque one time. But if you’ve ever seen the lack of vegetation in Albuquerque (even less than in West Texas, believe it or not!) it makes sense. LOL
And you just don’t eat the oats on this diet. It did suck at first, but I’m kinda used to it now.
My parents are down with my weird food habits. They don’t like that they never know what to feed me at their house, though. LOL

Well, you know how it is. I took down my profile ‘cuz of all the wolf-whistles & cat-calls. Dunno what it is about us old timers - maybe it’s the more salt than pepper in our beards or that sexy thinning hair thing, but it just drives the girls wild….
OR, maybe they just wanna ride on the back of my Hoveround!
Watch out for that tropical storm - looks like it’s headed your way. Sure wish we’d get some here. Getting tired of 105 degrees.
Happy trails!

I’m sorry if any of my cat-calling offended you.
San Angelo has a big ‘ol umbrella over it…most of the time the storms that head our way end up everywhere but over us. LOL We really do need the rain, though…
