					<description>Awesome diet, I've been on it for 6 weeks and love it! In the last 4 weeks I've dropped 1.4% bf and gained half a pound of lbm and I drink beer during my carb ups, a major no no usually. You can see my journal on my bodyblog, but this diet rules!

I'm going to be getting blood work done within the next two weeks to see how my cholesterol is affected by the diet. It was healthy before, I just want to make sure it still is healthy.</description>
