Most of these measurements make me sad.
So, it looks like no major shift in water except for directly out of the muscle. The carbs that I usually eat are very clean (oats, rice, sweet potato, fruits and vegetables) and spaced pretty evenly throughout the day, so it makes sense that I didn’t lose 5-10 lbs of water the first week the way some people do on this diet. The two pounds I “lost” will likely come back within a day of eating carbs. My waist can stay small so long as it gets more defined…but some of those measurements had better come back up! LOL Of course, there are others that actual fat loss should shrink down quite a bit, but I don’t believe any actual measurable fat loss has happened yet.

Hi there, I have been on a similar diet for about the past 2 months, gradually intensifying this last couple of weeks. I found my measurements changed…mostly my thighs got smaller despite working them out heaps. You can check my stats to see what happened. The end result is that my total body shape is far more athletic now, really defined muscles and very healthy looking. My whole appearance has changed a lot and people say so. The hardest part is the lower tummy area. Our stomachs can be sensitive so so many things and mine just likes to balloon away…I am going to try some omeprazole these last few days before my photos to see if that calms things down. Apart from that, the plan has worked. But, in due course, I look forward to getting into the carbs and building my my muscles!!!!! All the best..Belinda
