Bodybuilding? Yep!
While I dont consider myself a bodybuilder, that is exactly what I am doing! My goal is to get to 90kg and have body fat of 10% or less. I guess the mental image I have of a body builder is steriotypical (some one walking about the beach in pants that are way to tight vying for any ounce of attention to boost an unhealthy self esteme) I am even starting to talk the talk and buy the products a bodybuilder buys. On the 29th of April I started on a mass gaining stack from Bodyworks in Mandurah. Creatine, Mass Gainer and Tribulus. 4 days into is and I have noticed the creatine most. I have used it before but not for long enough to make any lasting gains. The familiar ‘runns’ of the loading stage are offset by the nice rounding off and volume of my muscles. Tribulus is the suppliment I was most looking forward to trying. So far I dont think I notice any difference… What should I be looking for? My goal in all of this is to enjoy each part of the process and build a strong body by learning and implimenting healthy lifestyle principles. I also want to be able to impart the love of physical activities and the discipline of the process to my sons and friends who are interested. At the moment I am pleased with the small achievements I have made so far and I am excited about what I will learn and experience along the way as I expand my horizons in Bodyduilding!
