My initial thought on this would be to not deprive yourself so much during your week.  I have to congratulate though you on such increidble discipline.  I need to be more like you in this area...dang - you're pretty hardcore.  Perhaps if you would &amp;amp;#34;give in&amp;amp;#34; to some good carbs - veggies or simply eat more of them that your carb craving would lessen.  Also - a cheat day can be good for you...you do need carbs and it could very well be your body's way of getting what it needs.  Remember - carbs, even starchy ones, are needed to build muscle.  If you're not gaining the muscle size your wanting that could be playing into it.  Just some thoughts. - Ed</description>
