Well, I’ve made the 20lb mark
Thursday, April 23rd, 2009This morning I got on the scale, and to my surprise, I found out that I have lost 20lbs. Over the last two weeks, I’ve lost the weight just by watching my diet and keeping it clean. Your diet really can make or break you.
I’m excited about the progress I’ve made thus far and I’m looking forward to the next 20. I’ve got my goal set at 40, but the 20 I’ve lost already hasn’t put me much closer to where I was hoping to be. Maybe I should put it to 50 or 60lbs to lose. I don’t know. I guess I’ll find out when i’m there.
