Boobs/butt or abs… woe is me! Help…

i like my …

BOOOBS

So, in summary last summer i lost 17lbs, but i did it some what obsessively. I did tremendous amount of cardio (am and pm) and lifting wieghts. Now at my thinnest (157lbs) i had no boobs (size b or so) i liked my c cups. and my ass disappeared! After a summer of fun, i drifted away from the gym and did not eat as clean as i used to. i gained 14 lbs over the year i took off, I am happy to say that i got both my boobs and butt back. and I am comfortable with how my body looks now (I am no where trying to acheive the media induced image of perfection anymore, I have come to realize that too thin is not a sexy look for me at all!) with the exception of my arms and stomach. I want my leaner stomach of a year ago, but i dont want to pay the price as I did. so here’s my strategy and tell me if it makes some sense and or logic or i am all wrong:

Cardio: limited to 5 mins warming up. and the occasional 25 laps at the pool

Weights: i am trying to work out alot more my glute to build the muscle, this way if fat is lost ill still keep the shape. I am also concentrating on my abs. Alternating workouts between legs/glutes and abs. thats just the main muscle group during that session but in between exercises i switch body parts (bi, tris, back chest ect.) so its a full body every workout just with a concentration on an area.

diet: here’s where i dont know what to do mainly, i am thinking that maybe if i eat well before and after the work out i should be good and eat intelligently ( different that clean, since i dont want to cut out carbs so the fat loss isnt as fast) and increase my cheat meals to 3 a week. I know that maybe this way the results will take much longer.

i find it funny how the title of my last post was something about laziness… one year after summer 07" when the times at the beach were numerous and were indirectly proportional to my logging and my gym visits.

NOW… schools is over… have a new job… new apartment… and I am ready to comitt. Now i have to admitt that i did keep the eating somewaht in check since i stopped frequenting the gym, i only gained 10 lbs (i did lose muscle tho) in the year i was away (which is nothing i can lose that in april). Now im back in full throttle!

Wed night was my first night back at the gym and I tried doing my old routine and it kicked my butt. I am too sore for comfort!

i think that while in school i could log easier cuz it was that or physics homework… now that school is over im am soooooooooooooooooooooooo lazy to write things down!! i mean i still eat the same things just i dont write it down and i belive that if i keep this up it’ll be my down fall!

 

i promise (to all my fellow body spacers) to starting tomorrow i will start logging everything!!

and please if you see no daily loggin hackle me and harass me … even tho i dont hink that would be necessary… pics coming soon too!!

p.s. my pm work out tonight sucked cuz it was a 6pm, and everybody and thier ancestors was at the gym and i DESPISE waiting for machines… so i did what i could with my little patience, my midday cardio was awsome i had a pt gossip with me the whole hour i was on … it flew by …lol

Logging issues

so ive been very sloppy with my logs, i dont know why, i feel like i could be sabotaging myslef (honestly im ashamed of my logging, ive been staying at my my friends for the past two days and tonight i leave for my significnat others house, and i feel like logging is mine and i dont want ppl to see me?) am i wierd?

it was so much easier in school cuz i had a routine and i could log on the train or in class, nowadays im doding paperwork in buildings while my meals are in the car thinking i would have been done by then…. =T

 

workout for thursday:

7am: 45min fasted cardio
4pm: weights:

cable flys: 3×36lbsx12
cable tri’s: 2×24lbsx15  1×36lbsx10
legrise: 3×105lbsx13,12,12
legcurl: 3×105lbsx15
backrow: 3×80lbsx15
lunges: 2×20lbsx12 each leg
kickbacks: 3×20

 rough draft of menu:

m1: 5 eggwhites with tomato and flaxseed  1 slice of wht bread
m2: 1 slice of wht bread 6 oz turkey 2 slices tomato
m3: 1 cup cottage cheeese, 6 crackers
m4: chicken wrap

so after a long due vacation im back!! back in business too!! i mananged to eat healthy considering that i didnt logged and dropped dow to 159… phewww… (finals weight gone) so after a nice trip, tomorrow morning fasted cardio, then some RnR t the beach ( yes again but i need to tan more… lol) any how staytuned lovelies!

Graduated…:sigh: and My Idol

so im graduated… i skipped on the ceremony cuz i hate ppl… especially when they are crowed in a relatively smaller place. # of graduates 5000 x 5-6 family members= headaches!! So during commencement i was on the elliptical doing some fasted cardio!! yay!! oh and i know … every one has been telling me about pictures… well im gettting them done professionally on MY time… and my sister is graduating HS as well so it’ll be cute to have us both in cap n gowns….

work out:

30 mins fasted cardio

cable flys: 3×36lbsx12
tri cable pulls : 3×24lbsx15 both arms
Bi isolations: 2×15lbsx15
bi angular latpull: 4×60lbsx15
bench press: 3×45lbs(the bar =T )x12
some back machine: 4×60lbsx12

m1:4ew omelette
m2: grilled chicken salad (small)
m3: penuts and a hardboiled egg
m4: can of tuna
m5:(will be) chicken wrap
m6:cottage cheese n crackers

 

well im in happy a stage of my life is over… my diet and workout regime has become a no brainer i feel it almost as automatic as brething… i just do it… and my hunger is stablized around it… im starving every three hours!

i also found a new idol… i love this woman! she symbolizes what i feel like internally and what i want to achieve physically!!

I hate school!!

no i really don’t but i do hat what it did to me! I gained 2lbs!! i feel like im ultra carb sensitive or something! well i do guess it was my fault since i decided to go stay at my friends house to study form sunday to monday. and i cheated on carbs quite often while studying, but whatever!!!

I promised myself this will all change starting today! getting back on track! Logging will begin once again with the carb cycling… today is obviously my first low day!

I’m upping my cardio to 2 hours a day! its time to lean out!

 

Sunday: one hour arc trainer

Monday: 40 mins arc trainer, went later on to the gym by my house to do weights, but i was so exhausted from finals i could not complete my training or even do it properly so i went home…

today is a new day!

well kiddos! keep it fit…

ugggh! ive had it!

i can tcontrol my diet while i study!! i’ll have to get back with my logs on wed! i cant count calories and notes at the same time cuz all i wanna do is eat!

 

grr

 

i feel like the fact that i have stoped loggin everything and pre planning is the culprit for my steady weight…. well this is chaging soon… im in a challenge and i cant let my forgetfulness set me back

 

but i do have to say the vacation from not logging is quite nice! omg its such a burden when you have preplanned ur intake for the next day… but hey it works… ill enjoy my next two days of freedom!!
