Logging issues
so ive been very sloppy with my logs, i dont know why, i feel like i could be sabotaging myslef (honestly im ashamed of my logging, ive been staying at my my friends for the past two days and tonight i leave for my significnat others house, and i feel like logging is mine and i dont want ppl to see me?) am i wierd?
it was so much easier in school cuz i had a routine and i could log on the train or in class, nowadays im doding paperwork in buildings while my meals are in the car thinking i would have been done by then…. =T
workout for thursday:
7am: 45min fasted cardio
4pm: weights:
cable flys: 3×36lbsx12
cable tri’s: 2×24lbsx15 1×36lbsx10
legrise: 3×105lbsx13,12,12
legcurl: 3×105lbsx15
backrow: 3×80lbsx15
lunges: 2×20lbsx12 each leg
kickbacks: 3×20
rough draft of menu:
m1: 5 eggwhites with tomato and flaxseed 1 slice of wht bread
m2: 1 slice of wht bread 6 oz turkey 2 slices tomato
m3: 1 cup cottage cheeese, 6 crackers
m4: chicken wrap

Just stay focused. Who cares what anyone else thinks about you writing down your workouts or food journal. I know you can do it just stay strong.

Just do what you do in the gym. A log does make it easier, but actually doing it is where the money is. Keep up the progress.

I struggle with this too and then find that I tend to get frustrated with myself which in turn becomes conterproductive. I agree with the above…. the logs are helpful, but the goal in your own mind and spirit is more important. The only person’s opinion you should care about is your own. I still think you are doing great and just keep doing it. You will make it.
