ugggh! ive had it!

i can tcontrol my diet while i study!! i’ll have to get back with my logs on wed! i cant count calories and notes at the same time cuz all i wanna do is eat!

 

grr

 

i feel like the fact that i have stoped loggin everything and pre planning is the culprit for my steady weight…. well this is chaging soon… im in a challenge and i cant let my forgetfulness set me back

 

but i do have to say the vacation from not logging is quite nice! omg its such a burden when you have preplanned ur intake for the next day… but hey it works… ill enjoy my next two days of freedom!!

    I feel you. I really depend on fitday.com to get my ratios and calories right. When I am not able to pre-plan or have access to the computer, or just check in before I eat somewhere, I mess up big time. I can defintely see why people eat the same thing every single day. I like a little variety, though.

    Good luck with the studying! I’m working on my last paper tonight.

    Ok, girl! Two days only then!

    Well, study first - you’re exams will soon be over and you can fully dedicate to the eating plans. And in time you’ll know in your head how to plan it and maybe next semester it won’t be as bad.

    We learn as we go along!

    It is a pain but it is definetly worth it. I just started logging again and it is a nice refrence to go back and look and see what worked and what didn’t. I am also trying to write how I feel and what I like and don’t like. It is all about having a plan and being organized. Get back on the wagon and start writing and you will know that nothing can stop you to your journey.

    focus. physics first, body will still be there when you are done. I told you, if you don’t ace the exam, you have to run carrying 5 lbs DBs. SO STUDY

    Girl i totally understand about not likeing to count the calories! Logging in and so on, so what i do is count the calories once, and log it down once when i fix my meals the night before and I also measure my meals out in 5-6 8oz tupper wears to countrol my portions…. But i am not practicing what i preach at the moment, and plan to get back on track this weekend and thanks for the cooment
