I am guilty of laziness…

i think that while in school i could log easier cuz it was that or physics homework… now that school is over im am soooooooooooooooooooooooo lazy to write things down!! i mean i still eat the same things just i dont write it down and i belive that if i keep this up it’ll be my down fall!

 

i promise (to all my fellow body spacers) to starting tomorrow i will start logging everything!!

and please if you see no daily loggin hackle me and harass me … even tho i dont hink that would be necessary… pics coming soon too!!

p.s. my pm work out tonight sucked cuz it was a 6pm, and everybody and thier ancestors was at the gym and i DESPISE waiting for machines… so i did what i could with my little patience, my midday cardio was awsome i had a pt gossip with me the whole hour i was on … it flew by …lol

Logging issues

so ive been very sloppy with my logs, i dont know why, i feel like i could be sabotaging myslef (honestly im ashamed of my logging, ive been staying at my my friends for the past two days and tonight i leave for my significnat others house, and i feel like logging is mine and i dont want ppl to see me?) am i wierd?

it was so much easier in school cuz i had a routine and i could log on the train or in class, nowadays im doding paperwork in buildings while my meals are in the car thinking i would have been done by then…. =T

 

workout for thursday:

7am: 45min fasted cardio
4pm: weights:

cable flys: 3×36lbsx12
cable tri’s: 2×24lbsx15  1×36lbsx10
legrise: 3×105lbsx13,12,12
legcurl: 3×105lbsx15
backrow: 3×80lbsx15
lunges: 2×20lbsx12 each leg
kickbacks: 3×20

 rough draft of menu:

m1: 5 eggwhites with tomato and flaxseed  1 slice of wht bread
m2: 1 slice of wht bread 6 oz turkey 2 slices tomato
m3: 1 cup cottage cheeese, 6 crackers
m4: chicken wrap

Surprise trip… no excuses!

so after a long due vacation im back!! back in business too!! i mananged to eat healthy considering that i didnt logged and dropped dow to 159… phewww… (finals weight gone) so after a nice trip, tomorrow morning fasted cardio, then some RnR t the beach ( yes again but i need to tan more… lol) any how staytuned lovelies!

so im graduated… i skipped on the ceremony cuz i hate ppl… especially when they are crowed in a relatively smaller place. # of graduates 5000 x 5-6 family members= headaches!! So during commencement i was on the elliptical doing some fasted cardio!! yay!! oh and i know … every one has been telling me about pictures… well im gettting them done professionally on MY time… and my sister is graduating HS as well so it’ll be cute to have us both in cap n gowns….

work out:

30 mins fasted cardio

cable flys: 3×36lbsx12
tri cable pulls : 3×24lbsx15 both arms
Bi isolations: 2×15lbsx15
bi angular latpull: 4×60lbsx15
bench press: 3×45lbs(the bar =T )x12
some back machine: 4×60lbsx12

m1:4ew omelette
m2: grilled chicken salad (small)
m3: penuts and a hardboiled egg
m4: can of tuna
m5:(will be) chicken wrap
m6:cottage cheese n crackers

 

well im in happy a stage of my life is over… my diet and workout regime has become a no brainer i feel it almost as automatic as brething… i just do it… and my hunger is stablized around it… im starving every three hours!

i also found a new idol… i love this woman! she symbolizes what i feel like internally and what i want to achieve physically!!

I hate school!!

no i really don’t but i do hat what it did to me! I gained 2lbs!! i feel like im ultra carb sensitive or something! well i do guess it was my fault since i decided to go stay at my friends house to study form sunday to monday. and i cheated on carbs quite often while studying, but whatever!!!

I promised myself this will all change starting today! getting back on track! Logging will begin once again with the carb cycling… today is obviously my first low day!

I’m upping my cardio to 2 hours a day! its time to lean out!

 

Sunday: one hour arc trainer

Monday: 40 mins arc trainer, went later on to the gym by my house to do weights, but i was so exhausted from finals i could not complete my training or even do it properly so i went home…

today is a new day!

well kiddos! keep it fit…

i can tcontrol my diet while i study!! i’ll have to get back with my logs on wed! i cant count calories and notes at the same time cuz all i wanna do is eat!

i feel like the fact that i have stoped loggin everything and pre planning is the culprit for my steady weight…. well this is chaging soon… im in a challenge and i cant let my forgetfulness set me back

 

but i do have to say the vacation from not logging is quite nice! omg its such a burden when you have preplanned ur intake for the next day… but hey it works… ill enjoy my next two days of freedom!!

so im at the same weight tomorrow is weign in day… i dont really think im going to lose anything in a day i took my bf this morning… 26.9% down from 27.6 when i started on BB.com! pretty good…

i need to get back on trak with eating on time… i ate three of my usual small meals… only three!! =T its so hard sometimes!!

i put up some progress pics since i cant take them tomorrow…

so this is my second post today, =) not as angry… lol! so i accepted HeyZeus’ challenge and i will try to accomplish my goal of leaning out since i beleive i have a really good base to cut on. In three weeks i have to maximize my results… let’s see…

but now i think i have the key to success my friends… and im sharing it with all of you! ru ready for this….this is the ultimate tool in cardiovascular excersises! and all i had to shell out was a whopping $6.49….  well first i have to say that i cant believe this secret is not as a big deal as it should be!… well what is it?

It Averages…. yes AVERAGES… depending on skill and endurance ( so the mumbers go higher as you get better) A WHOPPING 1000 CALORIES AN HOUR!! yes yes yes… stop rubbing ur eyes!! ONE THOUSAND!!

im soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited i just cant hide it!!!! why? bc before it was such a hassel to get my fasted cario work outs in due to travel time to the gym… hunger pains… and inconvenence sin the garage at whatever ce my gym thinks its cute to open at 9am on weekends…. THE DAYS I PREFFER TO WAKE UP AT 5!! =(  but no more!! i can just go totime i wake up do 45 mins come in and eat…

 

so yeah my challenge will be cake with the additional 45 mins fasted cardio in the morn and  midday!! ( btw i tried to today for the first time … not only do i seem retarded since i lost my skill… even in my spurts of jumps i broke a sweat the elliptical could only dream of!!

 

well my goal is to lose weight duh… get ripped duh! but by the end of the summer i want to do this!!:  WOAH!!!  so lets see how this journey unfolds!!

 

P.s.s: the girl i trained yesterday; remember… well i saw her today at the gym and she pointed to me and cursed me out (she was sitting while this was happening) because the only thing she could do with out suffering tremndous pain was sit!! LMAO!! HAHA!! take that! well im happy for her glutes and hammies, i told her to take glutamine… but deaf ears… oh well… this road is about me… i dont need road bumps….

I’M ANGRY! INCREASED TESTOSTERONE LEVELS FROM WORKOUTS? STRESS?

all i know is i go from pissed to hulk in 3 seconds flat… lol…

anyhow… diet is going good, so is workouts… two finals down, 3 more to go… grrr.. physics is on monday… im dying!

I did an ultra work out yesterday.. highlights:
Squats: up to 150
leg raises: up to 120
leg curls: up to 130

my sisters friend (17) works at the gym i go to and she decided to work out with me… i objected she insisited… (she backed me up yes… littel kids all they want to do is chit chat… but she did give me a jump rope for free so i guess it was a mutualistic relationship)
well what pissed me off kinda is that i pack more fat than her ( she is a skinny fat… and for some reason she thought she was in better shape than me… she sisnt say it but they way she acted was very clear) any how, i was kinda PT’ing her which was cool bc since im naturally angry nowadays i was venting telling her to keep gogin in a very mean boot camp style… but when we lifted weights she was sure she could do the same as me … (squats leg presses ect…) oh boy did she get a reality check… at one point she said "wow michelle you are brolic!" lol damn right!!

but even in the ab part she could not keep up!! lol… pssh proved her …

 

i hate the ppl who think that just cuz they are thinner they are more physically fit!… get the hell out of here!!

 

well i gtg just a quick update hunnies..
