Blog Entry
I’m pretty wiggly today! Yep, yep, yep, I iz!! I needed a little zap on my butt, and I got that from this site. Thanks to those of you who have reached out to me to provide encouragement and support. I really needed it. I’ve been working with a trainer since February, and honestly, I was starting to wonder why I was doing as much as I was and seeing so little for it. Perhaps it’s because lil Alli is growing up and her metabolism is like that of an adorable slug. I’m just getting started; and you know, it’s like any honeymoon–lots of eager enthusiasm and excitement!! I see my trainer today, and I plan to do a several things: Get the stats that the site asks for and record the exercises I have been doing. I feel like I’ve been worker harder, not smarter–and I intend to learn more and make changes. It’s really too early for me to figure out what, exactly, my goals are in terms of body fat reduction, etc. But I’m going to be looking for advice on various levels–particularly workout suggestions to achieve my goals and reading about the supplements that enhance the efforts.
Why am I doing this? I know, feel better…look better, right? Nahhhh. I’ve always been one to enjoy cardio, so I have energy and stamina. Frankly, I’m not sure what I’ll do with myself if I get more energy…I can keep up with the fastest of bunnies–and the biggest of the dogs. Suggestions??

Training is about 90% dieting,5%training & 5%error.Always train smarter by thinking about when you first step into the gym & visualize your first set/rep.Get that mentality that im smarter in getting in shape & trick your body into feeling stronger & better & you’ll see the difference in your weight loss.Good luck.
