And the winner is…
Well my contest is over and I had a great time. I really enjoyed the competition this year. I was able to win first place in the heavy weight class. I feel that I came in good shape to the contest and am proud of my gains in a year. I weighed in at 190.6 Lbs, 4 Lbs heavier and leaner than last year. YAHOO… now I can eat… whatever I want for a few days and then back at it in the gym next week.
