Well for my workout today I decided to get back to my roots when I was training for soccer. Its a nice circuit that has always helped me get fit quicky. First off I biked to my gym about 25mins nothing too crazy. I basically have 5 stations that I do one after the other then have a 3 min rest at the end. My first station was incine bench set at a weight that I can only crank out 6-8 times. Next is sqauts the same applys to this a weight I can only do 6-8 times making sure each time I go down till’ my thighs are parallel to the ground. Next I grab a exercise ball and do iso-ab holds for 60sec, then frontal plane movements (rolling the ball back and forth) for another 30sec. Then on to the treadmill 10mph on a 2% grade for 2mins. And lastly I jump rope for 3 mins. I ran through this 7 times.. Definently reminded me of two-a-days ..
