My new regmient is waking up at 530am and swimming before work at 645. Weight lifting after work around 3pm. Run whenever I feel like up to it. Go Skimboarding as much as possible. Skimboarding is basically like doing sprints on the beach with a board in hand and then pounding waves. Awesome fun workout. I hope to keep this up for the next 2 months and post a new pic each month of my improvements. Food is a big factor for me. I am picky and I try to eat healthy but don’t have time to cook for myself most of the time. What are some good easy things to make? Right now I cook noodles, chicken, fish, veggies, and eat fruits and drink only water or juice.

I am now training a friend of mine and while doing so I have been getting more gains working out with him than when I worked out on my own. I finished my endurance training and now I am working on strength for the next few months. Big weight small reps. I have been hitting it so hard that I actually need to sit down before leaving the gym. Before I could workout and walk right out. I like the new motivation I have. I am proud of myself and my friend. In one month he has dropped 15lbs, down 4% on body fat and increased his strength and confidence. It’s good to see someone truly pleased with the training they are getting. He pushes me now almost as much as I push him.
