‘09 was disatrous for me in terms of my efforts to lose weight and get fit! Even though its just November, Im ready to kick start this now and not wait until till Jan! I’ve wasted money on gyms and trainers and it all boils down to my continue lack of desire and discipline, if this continues in 2010…I will give up my gym membership and leave bodyspace (lol like I’ll be missed)..but deep down I know I want this, and I never want to give up! I have a wonderful man, a beautiful daughter who looks up to me and a great career on the horizon. Man, so much to live for and Im killing myself by not doing what I supposed to do when it comes to my health! I’ve got to get my **** together, period.

OK ladies..the challenge starts on 08/25/2009 and will end 12/25/2009..please give your starting weight if interested and state your goals and how u plan to reach ‘em..thats its. All you have to do is be consistence and true with yourself! Xmas and the New Year is around the corner so lets make these last few months count! I will be blogging my journey this time around! 3 miles in 50minutes-and 45 minutes on the spin bike..Starting in July I will be blogging about my experiences since I’ve gone Raw..well as raw as I can go..Im not 100%, but I am over 50% and thats a great start for me!

One hour of brisk walking and 30 minutes of elliptical…won’t lie I was deeply saddend by todays event regarding Michael Jackson and Farrah Fawcett, but it also remind me how precious life is and how important it is to take care of our bodies…

So I am def out for 1st..but I will pick up my workouts come Monday! This week was filled with mental rest and relaxation and re-evaluating my life goals since I also celebrated a mile stone b-day on Wed.
