WEDNESDAY-WK4
Today was back day. This is my weak point and most important area which I need to improve.
-Assited pullups
-pull ups
-Lat pull down
-Single arm rows
-close grip pull down
-straight arm pull down
-abs (ball crunches, twisties, side ups, medicine ball twisties)
Again, I was too hungry to finish cardio. Cardio done later.
My friend evaluated my performance and recommended that I start eating more calories/protein.
I will have to reevaluate at the end of the week and implement at the start of Wk5.
