14NOV-IT’S A GOOD THING
The feelings back! I was so in zone this morning that nothing could go wrong with my workout. I did quads and calves today. My movements were slow and meticulous with the intention of connecting my mind to the muscle. The last set, I did explosive movements to fire the muscles.
Why am I in zone? I’ve been getting some quality rest (more that the 4 hours I’ve been getting). It is true if I’m missing a part of the triad for successful muscle building (rest, exercise, diet), you won’t see results. I am starting to see some drastic results this week. I’m please with my progress so far. Lavern and Shirley have until the end of December to vacate their residency.
