Hi, My name is Alejandra. I’ve been planning my Bollywood Birthday Bash since Feb. The party is in July. I’ve been trying to get in shape but I always get side tracked. I love to cook and I think that’s holding me back. Anyhow, I now have less than 8 weeks til the party. I need to get serious now. I eat clean most of the time. My weak time is after 4pm. That’s when I just start to munch on things, unnecessarily, especially sweets. Yesterday I did good. No munching here. I had oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, tilapia and spinach salad for my second meal, third meal was a protein shake, next meal was a slice of ezekiel toast with 1tbsp natural PB and a slice strawberry, did cardio for an hour, had another protein shake, and dinner was chicken breast and spinach salad. Today I feel good.
