Just a quick note to say how happy it makes me to see all the support one can get here on BB.  I love it!  Thank you all so much for leaving me messages and letting me know that there is always someone here to give me that extra push when I need it.  Thank you so much!  Well, it’s been raining the entire weekend but I’ve still enjoyed it and I’m super happy there is no work tomorrow.  Oh and also I’m super excited about starting the psychotic fat burning plan tomorrow….  Hope you all enjoy the rest of the long weekend.

I’ve been meaning to post more info on myself and background but haven’t found the time.  I’m feeling yucky and with little motivation.  It’s been raining for a couple of days now and I just feel like going to sleep.  I don’t feel like cooking either, which isn’t a good thing.  I hope to get over this slump soon.  It’s a long weekend…hopefully after a much needed nap (I’ve been up since 4am on only 5hrs of sleep) I will feel better.  I’m anxiously awaiting my personalized meal and exercise program from SteveP78.  I think once I get it, that will definitely give me the boost I need.

Welcome!

Hi, My name is Alejandra.  I’ve been planning my Bollywood Birthday Bash since Feb.  The party is in July.  I’ve been trying to get in shape but I always get side tracked.  I love to cook and I think that’s holding me back.  Anyhow, I now have less than 8 weeks til the party.  I need to get serious now.  I eat clean most of the time.  My weak time is after 4pm.  That’s when I just start to munch on things, unnecessarily, especially sweets.  Yesterday I did good.  No munching here.  I had oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast, tilapia and spinach salad for my second meal, third meal was a protein shake, next meal was a slice of ezekiel toast with 1tbsp natural PB and a slice strawberry, did cardio for an hour, had another protein shake, and dinner was chicken breast and spinach salad.  Today I feel good.
