Motivation?
My weight is going up and my motivation is going down. I have not been in the gym for over a week and am having real problems being motivated. This seems to be par for the course in my fitness journey. I am going to the gym tonight and hope I can kick start this thing.

Just gotta always remember what you’re trying to leave behind. That’s usually what motivates me, plus the things to work toward.
