IM BACK
I am back again. My shoulder is pretty much healed and I am feeling great. I did not put on much weight during my injury and I am ready to jump back into it head first. I have my meals ready and am just about to hit the gym. I am doing cardio twice a day and lifting 5 days a week. I just love to lift. I ordered a few supplements and have saved some of my old ones. I am ready to make the change I am always talking about. My only real goal is to be happy with I have. My goal is to loose 50 lbs by June 28th. I know I can do it and I expect you all to call me on it. I am planning to update this as much as possible because it helps me to believe people are reading it. I can’t wait for the journey to start so out to the gym I go.
