Day 1
Did chest last night. Felt great and shoulder did not hurt. I did DB Bench, DB incline, Dips and DB Flies. I then ran for 20 min, did abs and stretched. It was great to be back in the gym and hitting it hard. I have most of my food made for the week and I have enough for tonight. I am still working nights and that seems to work better for me and my workouts. I am trying some BSN supplements I found on BB.Com at a discount (old label). I will see how they work for me. Tonight I am going to a power pacing class and then will do legs. After the workout it will be time for work. Love them 10 hours shifts.
