Two a days
Tuesday, January 29th, 2008Still doing two a days. I have been running for 25 min after work then off to bed. When I wake up I lift for 45 to 60 min then do 30 min of hill walking on the treadmill. I am going to train for a triathlon this summer so I am trying to run as much as possible. My diet has been good and is getting better. I am trying real hard to have a positive attitude about my training. I have bet some friends again and have until June to loose as much weight as possible. My goal is 50 lbs and I know I can reach that goal. I have been some what tired but still feeling good. I am doing a power pacing class tonight, then legs, then work. Can’t wait.
