Crap workout
Monday, September 24th, 2007Man I had a horrible workout today. My shoulders was hurting and I had no energy. Everything I did (chest day) hurt. I did some abs and tried to do as much lifting as I could. I am hoping I can figure out what is making me so tired. I have been like this for a long time and usually throw most of my energy into my workouts and force my way through the rest of the day. Maybe I am over trained. If that is the case it must not take much for me to get over trained. I think I have something else wrong. I will have to see if this B12 thing is the problem.
