Changing it up
Thursday, May 17th, 2007Well I am still having sugar cravings but not nearly as bad. I have not done the all protein thing but I still might if the cravings don’t go away. I am changing my workout. I am no longer lifting 6 days a week. It is just too much right now. I am doing a low rep three to four day a week lifting program. I will still do cardio 5 to 6 days a week. I am getting adjusted to my new shift at work and that is making it easier. Once summer hits and we get real busy at work it will be harder and harder to get in my meals so I am stocking up on pre made MRP’s to eat in the car if I have to.
Today’s workout-
Legs-
1. Leg extensions
2. Squats
3. Calf raises
Shoulders-
1. Seated BB Press
2. Front raises
ABS-
1. Cable crunches
I did not do cardio today because I was spending too much time playing with the kids.
Diet was OK but not great. (had a slice of cake at work)
