A week without a cheat
Monday, October 23rd, 2006Well I have kept up with the workouts, still have not missed one. I started to really restrict my eating and have made it with out a cheating for a full week. For some that may seem like a little task but trust me, for a man who has been fat most of his life it is a big thing. I just take it one meal at a time and keep thinking I can not cheat until my next meal. Short term goals are keeping me focused.
