Got to get it going again!
I think all of us have ups and downs in our lifting. Mine usually happens when I get a little stressed about something like working a lot or I run out of supplements and out of funds. Work hours have been jacked up lately with the economy Ive been having to cut things out so the supplements have taken a back seat for now. Not having my supplements has def been killing me! Workouts just aren’t the same! I think its partly in my head but thats all that matters right? A friend told me about a lady selling close out supplements at a flee market for 5 bucks, so tomorrow I’m going to check that out. I’m hoping she has some NO explode or cell tech or something like that. Not getting in for about a month and a half sucks and I feel like my gains have been falling off but I love having the almost obsessive motivation I get after laying out for a while.
