Got to get it going again!

I think all of us have ups and downs in our lifting. Mine usually happens when I get a little stressed about something like working a lot or I run out of supplements and out of funds. Work hours have been jacked up lately with the economy Ive been having to cut things out so the supplements have taken a back seat for now. Not having my supplements has def been killing me! Workouts just aren’t the same! I think its partly in my head but thats all that matters right? A friend told me about a lady selling close out supplements at a flee market for 5 bucks, so tomorrow I’m going to check that out. I’m hoping she has some NO explode or cell tech or something like that. Not getting in for about a month and a half sucks and I feel like my gains have been falling off but I love having the almost obsessive motivation I get after laying out for a while.

Get close to a goal and…..

So heres the deal, every time I get close to my goal or I reach it I get sick and it sets me way back. I really hate this and I’m not sure what to do about it, but I have an idea what causes or leads to getting sick. I’m thinking that over training is the cause of a weak or tired immune system. I try not to spend more than 1 hr in the gym and usually end up with 45 min workout. I’m also taking a good multi that is a liquid so there is more absorption and also more rapidly. Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass and BSN Noxplode are also included. I have noticed that when I start a workout plan for gaining mass and I lift heavy and really push myself about 4-6 weeks into it just about the time I am about to switch it up….BAM!! shut down with a stomach virus or a cold. This last time I was about 3 weeks in and got a stomach virus, lost 15 lbs, had the gift of 2 IVs, and was MIA from the gym for about 1 1/2 months. I’m sure someone else has had a problem like this and has a solution. I don’t know if I should lower the intensity of my workout, but I like that idea and don’t feel like I would see the results of a mass cycle and then switch it up.

Feeling pretty good about things

In my last blog a couple weeks ago I was kinda frustrated with the way my goals and workouts were going. Since then I’ve been really motivated partly because of bodyspace. Reading your blogs and seeing ppls transformations along with being able to track my workouts and see the progress I’ve been making has made a huge difference. In the past two weeks I’ve gained about seven pounds and gone up a lot on my weight lifted. Im hoping by the end of July I can finally reach 160, that would be huge for me because its been a goal I haven’t been able to reach…..Hoping that changes!

Frustration……. So ready to gain some weight…..

Im really liking this bodyspace thing. Its been great actually seeing what your doing in the gym and makes it easy to see progress or a regression.
Well I’ve been lifting since about 05′ and have enjoyed every bit of it. Lately I’ve been getting frustrated though. I just cant seem to gain any weight. I have gained some, I started at about 125 and now Im at 148. The most I’ve weighed was 152. I seem to get stronger ex. I can almost curl my body weight and my bench keeps going up but just not the body mass. I try to eat 4-6 times a day and not donuts and crap like that but chicken, beef, pastas, rices, and vegs. I’ve done the protein shakes and a verity of supplements, right Im with Noxplode and Im taking a good multi vitamin…. Animal Pak. I’ve been trying to get to 160 forever and I’m tired of not reaching my goal……..And being small
