					<description>Some people can do more volume then others.  I find if I am going as intesne as I can then I don't need to do as much volume.  Once you have killed the muscle, hitting it again and again isn't gong to make it more dead.  You will just cause injuries and overtraining.  So if you are making no progress try less reps and more intensity.</description>

					<description>I also have a bad back and maybe this is why legs are hard for me.  I get tweaks in my lower back doing squats sometimes and it is very frustrating.</description>
