Insomnia - Daaaaaaaay 4…
Day 4. Last night, 3 to 3.5 hrs sleep. Finally caught up with me in the gym. This morning was leg day, and I can’t remember when I’ve had such a lousy workout. NO ENERGY. Nada. Zip. Zilcho. After struggling through a short workout, I decided to do a little cardio (which I don’t normally do on leg days). At least get some blood pumping. Did 25 min’s of intervals on the elliptical, which helped some. Then I did a few more sets on quads & calves, and called it a day.
Today I’m living it:
JUST GETTING TO THE GYM IS A SUCCESSFUL WORKOUT.

i hope that insomnia clears up, that’s a bugger to live with. I’m a maletonin man for the last number of years, but its certainly not for everyone.
